The role involves strengthening Ferring’s employer brand in Japan through targeted sourcing strategies, external partnerships, and recruitment campaigns.
You will collaborate with APAC and Global Talent Acquisition teams to align on standards, tools, and best practices while driving continuous improvement in recruitment processes.

Key Requirements

Experience in pharmaceuticals or regulated industry preferred
