Responsibilities include administering medications, managing care plans, completing incident reports, and participating in facility surveys and inspections.

Key Requirements
Current active LPN/LVN license in the state
Graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program or accredited college
Current CPR certification required
Knowledge of PCC preferred
Must maintain good standing with State Board of Nursing
