Job Summary

Responsible for overall management of practice sites, enforcing policies and procedures, operations efficiency, budget management, revenue maximization and customer service expectations.
Work closely with physicians to meet their needs and to improve efficiency in the practice while actively participating in quality improvement and clinical initiatives.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in General Studies or Health Care Related
3 - 5 years equivalent experience required
NCI-APS Certification within 90 days for Psychiatric Services employees
Experience in recruitment, hiring, and staff retention
