  • It is the responsibility of the cook to manage and operate the kitchen in the absence of the Dietary Supervisor.
  • The cook must maintain the kitchen and cooking area in a safe, orderly, clean and sanitary manner while preparing a variety of meals including special diets.
  • The role includes supervisory duties, assisting with meal service, and reporting resident care concerns to management.

  • Must remain in good standing with Department of Public Health
