Job Summary
The Sr. Customer Service Administrator is responsible for operating end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) and service contracts with accuracy, speed, and compliance.
You will have the opportunity to manage day-to-day operations and customer interactions, including preparing quotations, processing orders, and handling billing activities.
This position reports to the Customer Service Manager based in Singapore and is part of the Customer Support Group located in Shinagawa, Tokyo, Japan and will be an on-site role.
