Job Summary

  • The Sr. Customer Service Administrator is responsible for operating end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) and service contracts with accuracy, speed, and compliance.
  • You will have the opportunity to manage day-to-day operations and customer interactions, including preparing quotations, processing orders, and handling billing activities.
  • This position reports to the Customer Service Manager based in Singapore and is part of the Customer Support Group located in Shinagawa, Tokyo, Japan and will be an on-site role.
