Base: $191,500 - $287,300 USD; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan and annual refresh stock grants; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including flexible work options
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
8+ years cloud engineering experience
IAM and RBAC/PBAC management expertise
Infrastructure as code with Terraform and Github
Python or similar automation programming skills
Federation protocols OAUTH OIDC SAML SCIM
SEIM tools like Splunk for log analysis
Nice-to-have
TS/SCI w/CI Poly security clearance
NIST 800-53 and DoD control framework knowledge
Experience with Okta or EntraID integration
Collaboration in high-stakes federal missions
Identity governance and user lifecycle workflows
Key Requirements
U.S. citizenship (naturalized or native)
Active TS/SCI w/CI Poly clearance preferred
Bachelor's degree in CS, cybersecurity, or equivalent
