Sedgwick seeks a Senior Benefits Consultant to manage and ensure compliance of its benefit programs, including health, retirement, and PTO. Job Summary

  • The Senior Benefits Specialist administers and ensures compliance of the organization’s benefit programs, including health and welfare, retirement, paid time off (PTO), and death-related benefits.
  • The role serves as a subject matter expert and primary point of contact for benefit vendors and partners cross-functionally with Legal, Payroll, Finance, HRIS, and Colleague Resources (CR) to deliver compliant, accurate, and colleague-focused benefit solutions.
  • A comprehensive benefits package is offered including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, 401k and matching, PTO, disability and life insurance, employee assistance, flexible spending or health savings account, and other additional voluntary benefits.

Key Requirements

  • Five (5) or more years of benefits administration experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Working knowledge of EBSA, ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
