Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science
  • Six years experience in engineering or software development
  • Three years project management with one year supervisory
  • Significant military or technical diving knowledge
  • Deep understanding of Navy diving protocols
  • US Citizen status required

Nice-to-have

  • Master's degree in engineering, CS, or MBA
  • Naval Special Warfare or specialized Navy diving experience
  • Experience with Diver Propulsion Devices or SEAL Delivery Vehicles
  • Knowledge of closed-circuit diving and rebreathers
  • Experience developing proposals and getting projects funded
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently under pressure

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or similar field
  • Six years or more experience in engineering or software development
  • Three years of project/program management experience
  • One year of supervisory capacity experience
  • US Citizenship required for security clearance
  • Eligibility for classified information access
