This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you'll split your time between mentoring your team, maintaining operational stability, and contributing code to deeply understand our systems.
As the team scales to 8-10+ engineers over 18-24 months, there is potential progression to Data Engineering Manager with full people management responsibilities.
