  • In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across multiple talent segments, partnering with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition colleagues to anticipate needs and build strong pipelines.

Salary

Base: $89,955.20 - $118,066.20; Bonus/Equity: Annual Variable Pay Bonus/Short Term Incentive opportunity and potential equity-based long-term incentive program; Benefits: Competitive Flex Benefits & Retirement Savings Program, 4 weeks’ paid vacation, and annual Personal Days

Key Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in Talent Acquisition – within a global environment
  • Experience in delivering full life cycle recruitment services in an in-house environment or similar
  • Experience of planning and leading complex recruitment campaigns for hard to fill skills sets
  • Proven experience leveraging AI-enabled recruiting tools
  • Experience operating as a strategic, consultative talent advisor to the business
  • Proficient at leveraging recruiting analytics and visualization tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced changing agile environment
