Job Summary

• The Regional Director of EyeCare (RDE) delivers to the brand’s doctor strategy through leadership/partnership of doctors, supporting the success of the doctor and retail business.
• The RDE is responsible for the ongoing assessment of performance, and the continuous development of the doctor, and motivation to ensure retention.
• The RDE provides oversight to supporting office staff, who work collaboratively with store management to deliver superior quality of care, patient experience, OD and associate engagement, and business results in all locations.
