Skills & Requirements
Must-have
MEP system design and analysis
Construction administration support
MEP system commissioning and testing
Facility operations and maintenance planning
Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
Load calculations and system performance evaluation
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of MEP codes and standards
Experience with building automation systems
BIM coordination and clash detection
Energy efficiency and sustainability practices
Strong collaboration with contractors and teams
Value engineering and technical coordination
Key Requirements
5+ years MEP engineering experience
3-5 years hands-on MEP system analysis
Experience in construction support and commissioning
Background in facility operations preferred
Strong understanding of MEP design principles
Experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems
