Job Summary
Work closely with customers to identify, analyze, validate, and document business processes and functional requirements.
Act as a liaison between business users, stakeholders, and the development and testing team, specializing in the Sapiens CoreSuite for L&P application.
Provide functional support to development and testing teams, write new requirements/user stories, and assist support representatives in analyzing and reproducing customer-reported incidents.
