Job Summary

  • You will have overall responsibility for fostering a highly functioning ONE-MAHLE team culture, developing short, mid & long-term business strategies, budgeting, cost reduction, warranty, staffing, safety and labor relations.
  • Responsible for assisting with the establishment & execution of the strategic long range plan while also identifying and supporting short term objectives for BU2 North America.
  • Accountable for delivering strategic results from the application of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and effective change management.
