Employees must report all changes in the residents' condition to the Health and Wellness Director as soon as practical and record entries in an informative manner.
The role requires assisting residents with personal care functions such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and maintaining cleanliness while ensuring their safety and comfort.

Must-have
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Maintain strict patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Perform lifting and moving of residents up to 25 pounds
Record data on notes, SPAs, and incident reports

Create warm and positive atmosphere for residents
Cooperate effectively with inter-departmental personnel
