Job Summary

  • Provide support for the continuous improvement of the staffing function through development and implementation for all staffing programs for a geographically distributed organization, as assigned.
  • Work with management in assigned service areas, business units or departments to source, select and hire qualified candidates to fill vacant positions using cost-effective techniques and in accordance with company policies, procedures and processes.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to streamline staffing procedures and periodically evaluation contracts/relationships with external vendors such as recruiting agencies, job boards, background companies and other staffing contractors.

  • 2-5 years experience staffing recruiter
  • Extensive knowledge legislation recruiting process
  • Bachelor's Degree Req
