Job Summary
As the shift leader of a hardworking and accomplished team of chemical processing technicians, you will set technical direction, build team members to support current and future program needs, be responsible for employee life cycle including hiring, performance management, training and providing tools for career development.
Responsibilities include conducting performance reviews, establishing workstation assignments, employee training, overtime assignments, and providing first-level escalation support for HR issues.
Qualifications include 3+ years of management experience and 3+ years' experience in chemical processing or corrosion control operations, with familiarity with chemical processes such as etching, deox, anodization, and alodine conversion.
