This role is responsible for overseeing the community's marketing, print and internet advertising, sales activities, and leasing team members to achieve established revenue and occupancy goals.
The position includes supervising the leasing team by interviewing, hiring, orienting, and training employees while managing their performance in accordance with company policies.
