• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in automation engineering or SOAR engineering
• Certifications such as GCSA, GCFA, GCIH, or scripting/DevOps certs
• Strong Python programming skills
• Experience with SOC processes and alerting workflows
