Key Requirements

  • PharmD or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree
  • Current state licensure as Registered Pharmacist (RPh)

  • Four years of clinical specialist experience if no residency
  • BLS certification for immunization administration
  • ACLS or PALS certification for cardiopulmonary arrest response
