Job Summary

  • This position will provide oversight for Anoka County’s Classification and Compensation program ensuring it is competitive, equitable and aligned with organizational goals.
  • This position will manage a team of individual contributors and will provide Human Resources business partner support to one or more departments.
  • This includes 24 days of paid flexible time off and up to 12.5 holidays your first year.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 years job-related experience
  • 2 years classification and compensation experience
  • CCP certification preferred
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred
