Job Summary
The primary responsibility is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty while ensuring adherence to current federal, state, and local standards.
You will participate in developing, maintaining, and updating written policies and procedures that govern the day-to-day functions of the nursing service department.
This role requires ensuring that all nursing service personnel comply with job descriptions and that sufficient licensed staff are available for every shift to maintain quality care.
