Job Summary
The Faculty Affairs Coordinator leads faculty recruitment and onboarding processes and serves as the liaison between candidates, division leadership, and the Faculty Recruitment team.
This role ensures compliance with Office of Academic Affairs and College of Medicine policies and procedures and coordinates faculty affairs including appointment, promotion, and tenure processes.
The position supports division leadership with administrative operations including HR, procurement, travel, fiscal activities, and oversees provider credentialing from hire through managed care enrollment.
