Job Summary
The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
Assist residents with daily functions including dental and mouth care, bath functions, combing of hair, and dressing and undressing as necessary.
Maintain the confidentiality of all resident care information including protected health information and report known or suspected incidents of unauthorized disclosure.
