Job Summary
This position will perform in collaboration with physicians to provide diagnostic and therapeutic services for patients with complex liver disease, including cirrhosis, portal hypertension, and pre- and post-liver transplant management.
The Advanced Practitioner will play a key role in coordinating care across specialties, ensuring seamless communication between Hepatology, Transplant Surgery, and Interventional Radiology teams to optimize patient outcomes.
