Develop and implement global human factors strategies, conduct risk assessments aligned with ISO 14971, and plan/execute formative and summative usability studies.
Partner with Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, and Manufacturing teams, mentor junior staff, and contribute to shaping the future of healthcare innovation.
