The Facility Security Officer (FSO) manages the University of Arkansas’ classified research security program, ensuring compliance with NISPOM/32 CFR §117 and working closely with the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA).
Key responsibilities include program leadership, advisory and stakeholder engagement, operational security management, training, risk management, and incident investigation.
