The primary purpose of the Activity Assistant is to assist the Activity Director run a creative and interactive activities program designed to meet the interests and needs of each resident.
Essential duties include participating in planning and conducting individual, small, and large group activities, maintaining communication with various stakeholders, and assisting with resident assessments and care plans.
The role requires assisting in developing monthly activity calendars, arranging transportation for residents, and ensuring the Activity Department remains clean and orderly.
