Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants in accordance with federal, state, and local standards.
Perform administrative functions including directing staff, ensuring policy compliance, participating in quality assurance, and managing resident admissions, transfers, and discharges.
Administer medications, maintain accurate records, and ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
