Must-have

  • 10+ years precision tool making experience
  • Advanced CNC Sinker EDM programming skills
  • SolidWorks CAD/CAM proficiency required
  • Tolerance holding +/-0.0001 inches capability
  • Blueprint interpretation and GD&T knowledge
  • Manual and CNC machine operation expertise

Nice-to-have

  • Lean techniques for process improvement
  • CMM inspector with PC-DMIS or Zeiss Calypso

Key Requirements

  • AA/Technical degree or 10+ years experience
  • Minimum 10 years CNC Sinker EDM programming
  • Minimum 10 years setting up CNC sinker EDM machines
  • Proficiency with SolidWorks computer-aided design
  • Experience in medical environment precision machining
