Job Summary

  • Serves as the primary support liaison between the client and IQVIA, ensuring clients obtain maximum value from products and services to facilitate a positive long-term relationship.
  • Builds, establishes, and maintains effective business relationships with clients, proactively supporting their needs and identifying revenue opportunities within existing clients.
  • Conducts product/services and process training for clients and other employees, and may partner with account managers to provide solutions to client business issues.
