The primary purpose of this position is to assist the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse in the day-to-day recording and charting of medical and administrative information.
Essential duties include maintaining up-to-date resident rosters, tracking tardy and absentee reports, and ensuring HIPAA compliance for all resident data.
The role requires assisting with resident admissions, transfers, and discharges while maintaining positive working relationships with all departments.
