Job Summary

  • The Director, Total Rewards & Global Benefits leads the strategy, governance, and execution of Global Relay’s global compensation and benefits programs.
  • This role will guide the evolution of our rewards philosophy, job architecture, and compensation structures as Global Relay continues to scale globally.
  • You will partner closely with Finance, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Legal, and executive leadership to design scalable, performance-driven reward programs across multiple geographies.

Key Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive global total rewards and people management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field
  • Advanced degree or CCP, CEBS, or GRP certification preferred
  • Experience supporting multinational or regulated environments
