Job Summary
The Director, Total Rewards & Global Benefits leads the strategy, governance, and execution of Global Relay’s global compensation and benefits programs.
This role will guide the evolution of our rewards philosophy, job architecture, and compensation structures as Global Relay continues to scale globally.
You will partner closely with Finance, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Legal, and executive leadership to design scalable, performance-driven reward programs across multiple geographies.

Key Requirements
10+ years of progressive global total rewards and people management experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field
Advanced degree or CCP, CEBS, or GRP certification preferred
Experience supporting multinational or regulated environments
