Job Summary
The Associate Director of Human Resources provides advanced professional level expertise, interpretation, and guidance to administration, managers, supervisors, and all employees on the full range of all HR services.
This position actively participates in the creation of processes and programs, including change initiatives and continuous improvement measures aligned with college strategies and objectives.

Key Requirements
Minimum of three years of professional Human Resources experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field may substitute for 1 year of experience
Master’s Degree in Human Resources or related field may substitute for 18 months of experience
Professional human resource certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, etc.)
Working knowledge of collective bargaining agreements
