Key Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of professional Human Resources experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field may substitute for 1 year of experience
  • Master’s Degree in Human Resources or related field may substitute for 18 months of experience
  • Professional human resource certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of collective bargaining agreements
