Key Requirements

  • Graduate of accredited school of nurse anesthesia
  • Current Ohio RN licensure and CRNA Certificate of Authority
  • Current NBCRNA certification
  • Current ACLS certification
  • Eligible to obtain clinical privileges at OSUMC
