The Regional Property Manager plays a crucial role in coordinating and leading property management teams, collaborating with various stakeholders, and maintaining a strong understanding of the real estate market trends in the region.

Salary
Base: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for quarterly or annual bonus program; Benefits: Robust Benefits Offered

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree preferred in Business, Real Estate, or related fields
Proven experience in a leadership role managing diverse properties
Proficiency in property management software (Yardi and/or Real Page)
3 years minimum of relevant experience
3rd party property management experience required
Real Estate license required in specific markets, otherwise preferred
Industry certifications (CPM, CAPS, CAM, etc.) preferred
