Support the implementation of all Retail training programs and platforms by in-store revision training & checking & giving feedback.
Working with store management team to analyze performance data so as to create monthly training plan to drive commercial success.
Plan and implement engaging and effective onboarding programs for new joiners to the business in alignment with the Store Manager and District Manager.

Key Requirements
Minimum 12-month retail work experience
Advanced selling experience
Comprehensive product retail industry understanding
