Job Summary
The primary purpose of this role is to be a functional leader within the quality organization, coordinating team deliverables and providing daily direction to quality professionals.
You will supervise, coach, and direct a team of quality professionals, supporting product lines or process areas within a manufacturing site, promoting teamwork and accountability.
You will be responsible for ensuring compliance to the established Quality Management System, supporting corrective and preventive actions, and contributing to quality KPIs.
