Job Summary
Responsible for managing a budget exceeding $125 million and overseeing more than 40 full-time equivalent employees across multiple diagnostic departments.
Designs and implements operational initiatives to improve patient experience, throughput, finances, and key performance metrics while ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies.
Supports organizational leadership in annual operating plans, hiring, retention, policy development, and represents the unit in hospital and system meetings.
