The Associate Director, People is responsible for leading core People Operations and Culture and driving a consistent, high-quality employee experience across all Cellanome locations.
This role oversees HR Operations, employee relations, HR systems and benefits, and serves as a strategic HR Business Partner to senior leadership.
This onsite role reports to the Chief People Officer and is the site People Team leader for our Foster City location.
