This role involves investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents, serving as third-level escalation, and participating in on-call 24x7 support, with opportunities to coach junior team members.

Key Requirements
7 years of experience as Citrix Virtualization engineer/administration
Experience with large environments over 2000 users
Citrix Certified Enterprise Engineer (CCEE)
Citrix Certified Professional - Virtualization (CCP-V)
Citrix Certified Expert - Virtualization (CCE-V)
Citrix Certified Professional - Networking (CCP-N)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
