Job Summary

  • Serve as an administrative resource for staff and provide technical support in executing compensation, classification, recruitment, and related human resources functions.
  • Responsible for oversight of the leaves program for Family Medical Leave, Paid Family Medical Leave, L&I, and Disability Leave.
  • The position works weekday office hours with occasional evening and/or weekends to participate in special events and requires maintaining focus while expediting high-quality work products.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in education, human resources or other related field
  • Two years of human resources experience
  • Experience supporting leave & accommodation requests
  • Experience providing administrative support for a complex organization
  • Success explaining complex policies and procedures
  • Effective use of Microsoft applications and Workday or comparable HRIS
