The role is to enable the sales organization to achieve the yearly plan by increasing the hit rate in large opportunities by promoting YORK chillers and other HVAC solutions.
Key activities include mapping stakeholders, early engagement to understand their pipeline, identifying major jobs at the conceptualization stage, and providing technical inputs during tender processes.
The goal is to increase the number of jobs and value of the favorable pipeline year-on-year, achieving assigned targets and increasing the favorable pipeline, hit rate, and footprint across the West region.
