Job Summary
The HR Business Partner is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management, formulating partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service.
Partners with senior leaders to understand and execute the organization’s human resource and talent strategy, including recruiting, retention, performance management, and succession planning.
Maintains compliance with local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
5-8 years’ experience in Human Resources

Proven, strong employee collaboration and partnership experience
