Salary
Base: $75,000 - $110,000 annually; Bonus/Equity: 10% incentive compensation based on revenue metrics; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), pension, stock purchase plan
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's Degree in technical field or engineering
Valid Driver's License with acceptable MVR
Strong working knowledge of industrial water treatment technologies
Experience managing 4-6 direct reports
Operations experience in administrative and budgetary role
Nice-to-have
5 years' experience managing employees
Background in wastewater and metals removal
Experience managing multiple sites or facility operations
Knowledge of RO, biocide additions, and dosing calculations
Industry experience in manufacturing or industrial setting
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in technical field/engineering
Valid Driver's License
Minimum 5 years supervising employees (Preferred)
Minimum 5 years water treatment experience (Preferred)
