  • The Incident Manager acts as the single point of contact for all customer escalations and service assurance related issues and leads major incidents through their lifecycle to meet expected SLA/SLOs up to resolution.

Key Requirements

  • Federal Government Secret Security Clearance
  • Preferred Electrical Engineering / Computer Sciences degree
  • Preferred certifications in Fortinet, Cisco, Juniper, F5
  • ITIL Foundations certification preferred
  • 3 years or more industry experience
  • Located in Ottawa, Ontario
