  • As an HR Advisor at Basic-Fit, you will be the sparring partner for managers at our HQ, covering areas from onboarding and performance to absence management and employment law.
  • You will advise and support managers in the daily execution of HR policy and provide concrete solutions in areas such as onboarding, performance reviews, compensation, absence, and dismissal.
