Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 5+ years QA/QC experience on commercial or industrial projects
  • Develop and execute Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs)
  • Manage non-conformance report (NCR) process
  • Coordinate third-party inspections and testing
  • Review construction drawings, specifications, and building codes

Nice-to-have

  • Prior data center or hyperscale facility construction experience
  • Familiarity with commissioning protocols and functional performance testing
  • Experience with Procore or equivalent construction management platforms
  • ICC or CWI trade-specific inspection certifications
  • Background working across multiple simultaneous construction sites

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of QA/QC experience
  • Direct experience developing ITPs and managing NCR processes
  • Strong knowledge of IBC, NEC, ASHRAE, and related standards
  • Proficiency in maintaining quality documentation packages
  • Excellent written communication skills for reports
