Job Summary
The jobholder is fully accountable for End-to-End Program Quality activities of the C295 Make in India Program executed in India.
This role serves as the primary reference focal point for Quality matters in front of the Final Customer and Indian Authorities including IAF and DGAQA.
The position requires leading programme quality improvement plans to continuously enhance overall program profitability while ensuring right first time delivery.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
10 years experience in Quality or Programme Management
Fluent English and Hindi communication skills
Experience with Airbus entities and Indian authorities
Knowledge of APQP strategy and Core tools
Ability to negotiate with IAF and DGAQA authorities
Nice-to-have
Strong interpersonal skills and team leadership
Positive attitude when dealing with senior managers
Excellent organization and customer-oriented mindset
Experience creating inspiring team environments
Willingness to travel frequently throughout India and Europe
Key Requirements
Masters in Engineering degree
Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality, Programme Management, or Operations
Previous experience in Team Management is mandatory
Located at Final Assembly Line site in Vadodara, India
