The role involves collaboration with the kidney disease healthcare team, participation in decision-making, teaching, leadership functions, and quality improvement activities to enhance patient care outcomes.
The position requires physical demands such as frequent prolonged standing, heavy lifting, and may involve exposure to infectious diseases, with participation in on-call rotations including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Key Requirements
Graduate of accredited School of Nursing
Current state RN licensure
CPR BLS Certification
Minimum 9 months RN experience
6 months acute dialysis experience preferred
Must meet practice requirements in employed states
